The purpose of Living Miracles Canada Society is to provide a means for its members to do the will of God. We encourage the practice of forgiveness, prayer, meditation, and miracle-working as the means of achieving inner peace. We sponsor talks and devotional retreats with the Messengers of Peace for those desiring to deepen their faith and knowledge in the mystical teachings of Jesus Christ, as well as holding community meetings, ACIM group gatherings and concerts. We provide counseling / spiritual support via telephone, internet and in person to further promote our purpose of forgiveness and the remembrance of our eternal oneness in God. We have established a Peace House where there are opportunities to immerse in practical application through shared projects, as well as making available spiritual publications and audio/video resources for purchase and loan through a lending library.
Messengers of Peace
A significant inspiration behind Living Miracles Canada is David Hoffmeister and the Messengers of Peace. David has traveled extensively for 26 years, in 28 countries, sharing the experience of God's unconditional Love that is reached through forgiveness. The Messengers of Peace are a small group of individuals who are Guided to join and abide together in support of Awakening. Their calling has led them to the experience of Divine Providence; complete trust in God to provide and Guide their lives in every moment. They spend several months of the year together and at other times they are sprinkled around the globe, sharing the Light of Christ wherever they are Called to be.
Looking to a guru or a particular spiritual master or group as the key to Awakening is always a trap, so the Messengers of Peace are not "the Answer" or the holder of the key for anyone. Knowing that the truth is within, they recognize the potential in everyone to raise above limiting ideas and join in the strength and the joy of accepting our true identity as Christ.
