There is a group of us living in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island that feel a very deep and dedicated devotion to the Truth and a calling to deepen through living and practicing forgiveness according to the mystical teachings of Jesus Christ.  During the last few years we have travelled to the Monastery in Utah for various lengths of time of up to 6 months for mind training and deepening into the Truth.  Our devotion is calling us deeper into letting go of the world and into our true nature; Spirit. We are opening our hearts and minds to live in spiritual community as Mighty Companions.

The Peace House is a beautiful, quiet devotional space, a reflection of our deepest hearts desire to live and share this Purpose. Through our commitment to the Purpose of awakening to the Truth, we use projects and tasks to join in for mind training. This involves watching the mind for blocks and exposing these, all the while staying attentive to our Purpose.  It is a beautiful way to stay aligned with Spirit and move through the limitations of the ego. Together we expose hidden and private thoughts, releasing them into the Light of Truth, this is how we are removing the blocks to the awareness of Love. Old patterns of lack and limitation are exposed and seen for the nothingness that they really are. Living in Purpose we practice 'no people-pleasing'; watching the patterns that arise while staying with what our heart is truly calling forth.

We have prepared the Peace house to welcome the Messengers of Peace to stay for extended periods of time. We embrace opportunities for pre-arranged group meditation, counselling, A Course in Miracles meetings, movie nights, and joining with volunteers in the joy of service.  We offer gatherings and retreats with the Messengers of Peace when they visit our community.

Our deep devotion and desire to experience Truth has been supported with such Grace by Spirit.  We are very grateful for this and with humble reverence we share this Purpose with you.

The prayer of our heart is to know that "I remain as God created me"  Enjoy this uplifting song by Alisa Amor, it says it all!
